2. Where is Melanin Jive based?
We are headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, and ship nationwide.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (APO/DPO/FPO addresses). International orders will be canceled and refunded.

5. Is my payment secure?

In-stock items: Charged at checkout.
Pre-orders/Backorders: Authorized at checkout but charged when the item ships.
7. Do you offer installment payments?
Yes, we do support After Pay,Cash Pay, and soon Sezzle "Buy Now, Pay Later" options.
Shipping & Delivery
8. How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat).
Delivery Time: 5-8 business days for most orders.
APO/DPO/FPO addresses: Up to 21 business days.
9. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE for orders 1-2 lbs. For other weights:
2.0001–5 lbs: $10
Below 1 lb or above 5 lbs: Not shipped
10. Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
11. What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen due to carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
12. What is your return policy?
30-day return window (unused, tags attached, original packaging).
Exchanges are available for size/color changes.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items (unless defective), customized products.
13. How do I start a return?
Email info@infomelaninjive.com with your order number and reason.

14. Who pays for return shipping?
Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
15. What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Hoodies/Sweatshirts: Heavyweight cotton, brushed interior
Hats: Structured, breathable fabrics
